Cost: $145.00 due by 1/24/2010 Registration includes 10-12 games, referee fees, team jersey, and game supervision. Any teen without a completed PRO-3 form and payment in full will NOT be allowed to play. PRO-3 forms require a parent signature, so please plan accordingly.
